Brittany is the owner and founder of Created Marketing, which launched in September 2023 with a mission to help businesses show up consistently and confidently through intentional, relationship-driven marketing. She also launched her insurance agency in 2021 and has built her career around helping people connect, grow, and succeed—both in business and in their communities.
With experience in the insurance industry dating back to 2011 and a sales background that began in 2008, Brittany brings deep knowledge of relationship-building and communication to her work. From successfully building direct sales businesses to growing her insurance agency, she understands what it takes to connect with a digital audience in a way that feels authentic and effective.
Her professional experience, combined with years of hands-on leadership and entrepreneurship, allows her to blend strategy, creativity, and real-world execution to support the businesses she serves. Brittany is passionate about helping business owners simplify their marketing, find clarity in their message, and build meaningful connections with their audience.
Outside of work, Brittany is a mom of two and the wife of a busy basketball coach, balancing family, business ownership, and community involvement with the same energy and dedication she brings to her clients every day.

A graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in psychology, Brooke is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Ohio University—continuing to deepen her understanding of people, communication, and what truly makes brands connect with their audiences.
Brooke has been a valued part of the Created Marketing team for over two years, where she plays a key role in editing and refining content and serves as a dedicated Marketing Concierge for six small businesses. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with the business owners and team members she works with, taking the time to understand their goals, personalities, and day-to-day operations so she can customize content that reflects their unique brand and marketing needs.
Her attention to detail and genuine compassion for our clients are what set her apart. Brooke not only ensures that every piece of content we produce looks polished and professional, but also that it feels authentic and aligned with each client’s voice. Her ability to combine design, strategy, and empathy makes her an essential part of our team and a true asset to the businesses we serve.

Tifanie joined the Created Marketing team in 2026, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the sales industry and a strong passion for building meaningful client relationships. She currently supports three small businesses as their Marketing Concierge and is excited to take on one more—continuing to grow her impact within our team and the communities we serve.
Tifanie loves learning the ins and outs of the businesses she works with, taking time to understand their goals, culture, and day-to-day operations so she can help create content that feels authentic and intentional. Her energy and work ethic are unmatched, and her drive to achieve perfection through each client’s eyes ensures that every detail is thoughtfully considered.
As a mom of three with many years of experience in the service industry, Tifanie brings a natural ability to connect with people and communicate in a way that feels genuine and relatable.
