  • Will you have access to my social media?

    If we are managing your social media, our business account will require access to your business profiles and pages—but only with your permission. This access is granted through a secure, professional business platform and is strictly limited to our authorized staff.

    Please note that some companies have compliance policies that may restrict or prohibit third-party access. We recommend confirming your organization’s compliance guidelines before granting access.

  • how will you bill me for your services?

    We bill through QuickBooks and will send invoices directly to your preferred email. For your convenience, we also offer the option to set up automatic payments (auto-draft) to ensure timely and hassle-free billing.

  • Are you willing to work with a member of my staff?

    Absolutely. The initial setup and strategy discussions must be conducted with the business owner or a designated manager to ensure alignment with your brand and goals. After that, and with your approval, we’re happy to coordinate directly with a member of your team for ongoing communication and execution.

  • IF you are managing my business social media accounts what will my responsibility be?

    Your level of involvement can be as minimal or as hands-on as needed. In most cases, your primary responsibility will be to provide photos and respond to occasional email correspondence. However, if your parent company does not permit third-party access to your social media accounts, you may be responsible for scheduling content that we create and provide.

    We're happy to tailor the process to fit your needs and any compliance requirements your company may have.

  • Do you print the items yourself?

    We do not print in-house. All of our printing is handled through a trusted third-party printing partner known for their excellent quality and customer service. If there is ever an issue with a print order, both our team and the printing company are committed to making it right to ensure your complete satisfaction.
